In this week’s Overheard in Yoga Class, Tara Judelle explains that compassion is not always an obvious and natural trait, especially if and when another is treating you poorly or most importantly, with our own self. The hardest is to keep compassion with ourselves. So the idea of introducing themes like compassion into our practice is that it insinuates itself into muscle layers, cell layers and thought streams until it becomes our living reality.
