In this week’s Overheard in Yoga Class, Kia Miller explains that if we don’t have a secure sense of self, then we can often become confused and filled with anxiety, especially as we go through changes in our life. She explains that practicing yoga can help us find our core self, the inner most place we relate to, and from there, we relate to the world itself, rather than relating to everything outside, but not quite knowing where you stand within all of that.
