Claire Missingham shares the story of how she came to yoga and how her experience as a dancer, choreographer and creator made yoga a natural extension and expression. Within yoga she found she was still choreographing sequences but it was no longer for people to look at, but for people to internalize. Claire believes yoga is a beautiful internal dance of breath, meditation, body, physicality and music — all with the purpose of helping us find happiness in a moment and be constantly present. Yoga is not about being perfect or projecting anything on to anybody else. It’s about finding your highest potential in this body and in this lifetime and being an inspiration to others so they can find that for themselves as well.
