One might think that the saying “pick your battles” refers to choosing when to argue or when to “prove your point”, but in reality it means choosing what’s worth your anger and frustration and what is not. Life is filled with opportunities to choose between making a big deal out of something or just letting it go, realizing that in the long run it really doesn’t matter. This weekend we challenge you to stop and evaluate how important something is to you before you jump into action. There aren’t many things in life that we can control, but what we do possess the power to choose our reactions.
