In this week’s Overheard in Yoga Class, Felicia Tomasko explains that sometimes we have a tendency to get used to tension. We can actually get pretty good at being tense and stressed out. She explains that part of what we try to do with our practice is to shift that pattern and release that trapped energy so we become good at something else.
