In this Pose of the Week, Elena Brower demonstrates Locust Pose or Salabhasana. This is a great baby backbend that will stimulate your kidneys and your adrenals. Come on to your belly, bring your hands along side of you with your palms facing down and your forehead to the floor. Then rise up. Make sure that your seat is lengthening muscularly towards your heels and that you are breathing deeply into your lower back.
