Most of us are familiar with the word namaste: an expression of respect, love and deep gratitude. Each time we step on to our mat, we are taught to practice gratitude – we are taught to find the gift in every situation in life no matter how challenging it seems to be. Isn’t it amazing how things immediately get put in to perspective when we are on our mat? So this weekend we challenge you to incorporate gratitude in to your everyday life, not just when you’re on your mat. Set aside some time each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for and what you appreciate.
