June: Bring the energy!
Our first Featured by Glo teacher arrives in June, and if you’ve been wanting to build real strength alongside your movement practice, this one’s for you.
Think athletic. Think high-energy. Think HIIT and strength training woven into a dynamic, demanding practice that meets you at full capacity and asks you to show up the same way. This teacher brings a physical rigor and an undeniable presence that translates through a screen. You’ll feel it.
July: Slow down, go deeper
July’s featured teacher takes a completely different approach (and that’s exactly the point).
Yin and Restorative practices. Long holds. Deep release. The kind of classes that ask you to do less, and mean it. Whether you’re using them to complement a more active week or to give your body and nervous system genuine rest, this teacher brings the knowledge and the stillness to guide you there.
