Remember Your Breath

In this week’s Overheard in Yoga Class, Steven Espinosa reminds us that our breath is one of those things that we can easily forget (we usually breathe in a way that is unconscious). So when we practice, we need to make sure to start by creating a conscious breath that is full of awareness and when we calm the breath the mind soon follows behind.
