Preparing your body for a morning session is just as important as soothing your muscles after one. Here are a few new classes you’ll want to refer to again and again as your go-to surf prep and recovery tools. They’re short and sweet, so you can get to the water quickly when the surf reports demands it:
- Pre-Surf Stretch with Tiffany Cruickshank – A quick pre-surf active stretch class to get the blood flowing and prepare the body to hit the waves.
- Balance Muscles Post-Surf with Tara Judelle – A short sequence, for post surfing to open up the upperback, shoulders, neck, psoas and hamstring to balance muscles for fluidity and strength.
- Post-Surf Recovery with Tiffany Cruikshank – A 30 minute post-surf recovery class targeting the hips, spine & shoulders to release tension.
