Frog Pose with Darren Rhodes


In this Pose of the Week, Darren Rhodes demonstrates Frog Pose or Bhekasana. Start by taking your forehead to the floor, bend your knees one at a time, lengthen your femurs away from your hips. Reach your arms up and back above your feet and take the backs of your hands to the tops of your feet. Then lift your chin and look straight ahead.
