It’s Strength Week here at YogaGlo as we highlight our three new Strength Programs (Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced) to help you meet your goals in the new year. You’ve heard the question asked: can yoga help me get stronger? We have the answer: Yes!

Our Yoga for Strength Programs are specifically designed to give you a balanced workout to condition muscles for increased strength and stamina, while propelling your body through a fuller range of motion. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase tone or build more muscle, completing this program will help you be and feel stronger.
